QUEBEC IMMIGRATION -2024

Quebec Province does not participate in Canada's Provincial Nominee Program but instead operates its own immigration system. Its various programs invite immigrants to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) and the criteria for each individual program reflect current labour market needs in the province. 

Quebec accepts applications under the following immigration streams: Regular invites are sent via Arimma System

• Quebec Skilled Worker
• Quebec Experience Program (PEQ)
• Entrepreneur 
• Self-Employed Worker
• Investor 

Montreal, Mar 31, 2021:

The Permanent immigration pilot program for orderlies as enacted by the Gazette officielle du Québec on March 3 comes into force.

This pilot program aims to attract to Quebec and retain temporary foreign workers who have work experience as orderlies. It will help reduce the significant labour shortages in this occupation.

For 2021, the application reception period is open from March 31 to October 31.

Program will select 550 people each year as well as their family members.

Program ends on Jan 01, 2026
